How I build your site

Had a free demo from us? I'll use what you tell me here to turn it into your finished site: your real details, photos and reviews go in, and I'll make any changes you ask for. Haven't had one? Use your business details as they appear on your ABN, because I register your domain in your name. Fields marked * are required.

The agreement in plain English

What you get: a website built from your approved demo, or from the details you give me if you haven't had one (Starter: one page; Standard: up to 4 pages), Google Business Profile setup (audit, categories, services, description, photo list, 5 posts, review-reply templates) and your first year's .com.au domain, connected to the site.
What you pay: one card payment today covers the build and your first month of the Care plan. After that the Care plan renews monthly by card, automatically. No GST is charged. (Rent option: $297 today covers your first 3 months, then $99 a month from month 4.)
14 days of edits: after launch, plus two rounds of revisions on the build.
Care plan: hosting, SSL, up to 30 minutes of edits a month, one Google post a month and review-reply drafts. It's month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice (email is fine), with no fee. (Rent option: your first 3 months are prepaid, then it's month to month with 30 days' notice. The prepayment isn't refundable once your site is live.)
Your domain: you're the registrant and owner, in your business name and ABN. I register it as your agent. I send you the auth code (transfer code) free whenever you ask, and I'll never charge to transfer it. The Care plan covers renewals while it's active.
Add-ons are setup fees only. Any tool fees (such as Stripe's card fees) are yours.
Cancelling: before launch, you get your build fee back less any domain cost already paid and a fair, itemised charge for work beyond the free demo. After launch the build fee isn't refundable. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
No promises on results: I can't guarantee rankings, traffic or jobs. I use AI tools to help build and check the work myself.

The full terms of service (draft) apply.

I have read the summary above and the terms of service, and I agree to them. Domain authority. I authorise Northside Tradie Sites (Sean Watkins) to apply for, register, renew and manage my .au domain name as my agent. I'm the registrant, with my business name and ABN recorded as the registrant. I agree to be bound by the registrar's .au registrant agreement and the auDA rules, and I confirm I'm eligible to hold the domain. The ABN and details I gave are correct, and I own, or have permission to use, the logo, photos and text I send.
